Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, sublicensed, modified for resale, uploaded to shared drives, used in group programs, incorporated into another product or service, or used to train, develop, or improve any competing service, course, product, artificial intelligence model, or automated system.

Purchase or use of Belle Academy products does not create representation access, portfolio review, private advisory, client referral, agency submission review, or guaranteed consideration by Belle & Company. Representation remains private, selective, and separate from Academy participation.

Belle Academy materials are provided for educational and professional development purposes only. Belle & Company does not guarantee clients, representation, income, commissions, bookings, portfolio outcomes, search visibility, social media performance, or business results.

Belle Academy materials may not be uploaded to, used to train, or used to improve artificial intelligence systems, automated tools, datasets, or competing educational, advisory, creative, or consulting products without prior written permission from Belle & Company.

Due to the digital nature of Belle Academy products, all sales are final once access has been delivered, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. If a duplicate purchase or technical access issue occurs, please contact Belle & Company for review.

Private advisory is selective, discreet, and offered only by separate written agreement. Private advisory is not included in Academy Program Access and is not implied by the purchase of any Academy product.
