Belle & Company handles personal information with care and discretion. This policy sets out what is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our inquiry forms, Academy list sign-ups, and product purchases. This may include name, email address, phone, company, location, discipline, portfolio and social links, referral source, project briefs or attachments, and the contents of your messages.

We also collect limited technical information through standard web logs and analytics (such as device type, browser, referring page, and approximate location) to understand site usage and improve performance.

When you submit the Readiness Report self-assessment tool, we collect the information you provide (including name, email address, professional background, discipline, portfolio and social links, and your assessment responses) solely to generate and deliver your Readiness Report output. This data is not added to marketing lists unless you separately opt in. Readiness Report submissions are internal only and are not reviewed, shared, or used for representation or talent selection purposes. We keep Readiness Report submissions for twelve (12) months following submission, then delete or anonymise them — unless you have separately joined the Academy list or asked us to retain them. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at info@belleandcompany.com.

Information submitted through Client Inquiry, Representation, Private Advisory, and general contact forms is used solely to review the inquiry, communicate where appropriate, and maintain internal records. Inquiry submissions are not added to marketing lists.

Information submitted when joining the Academy list or purchasing an Academy product is used to deliver the product, provide access to purchased materials, send transactional communications related to the purchase, and send Academy updates where you have opted in.

Payment information (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by our payment provider and is not stored on Belle & Company servers.

You will only receive marketing or Academy update emails if you have explicitly opted in (for example, by joining the Academy list). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at the address below.

This site may use limited analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand aggregate usage, measure performance, and improve the experience. Where required by law, cookie usage is subject to your consent and you may decline non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

We rely on a limited set of trusted third-party services to operate the website and deliver our work, including hosting and site infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and the payment processor used for Academy purchases. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security standards.

Course materials are hosted and delivered through Kajabi, which collects course activity data (including lesson completions, video views, login activity, and session data) and processes payment information in partnership with Stripe. Kajabi and Stripe's privacy policies and security standards govern data processed by those platforms.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the processors described above, with professional advisors where strictly necessary, or where required by law.

Inquiry, Academy, and purchase records are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

Depending on where you are located (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing communications. For participants based in the United Kingdom or European Union: we process personal data on the following legal bases — contract performance (to deliver products and services you have purchased), legitimate interests (to operate and improve the website and our services, and for fraud prevention), and consent (for marketing and Academy communications where you have opted in). You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.
